Construction Process:
|
1、Hole drilling: Use the electric drill to drill holes in accordance with the specified hole diameter and hole depth, please refer
to Technical Data;
2、Hole cleaning: Brush away and blow up the drilling chip, repeat 3 times alternately;
3、Extrusion: Use the matching extrusion machine to extrude the adhesive from outside the botton of the drilled hole; Place a
screen into the hole before extrusion into hollow base material; The beginning part that each tube extrudes shall be not
used until fully mixed; Each time when changing to another adhesive, a new mixer tube shall be used;
4、Injection: Spin the steel bar or screw into the hole, and adjust it to the specified position; This should be done within the
fixed time;
5、Concreting: During the adhesive`s concreting, do not touch the steel bar or screw;
6、Loading: When concreting is complete, exert loading to fasten it.
